Welcome to the website for the 16th Conference on Rapid Design, Prototyping & Manufacturing (RDPM2019)  

The RDPM Conference is well established as a platform for the dissemination of research in the field of additive manufacturing/3D printing and associated technologies. This year, the conference will be hosted by the College of Engineering, Design and Physical Sciences at Brunel University, Uxbridge, on Thursday 4th and Friday 5th April 2019.

The conference is open to a number of complimentary disciplines within the wider subject area of additive manufacturing and encourages presentations from interdisciplinary researchers and multidisciplinary projects. The conference is targeted towards PhD students and early career researchers (although more senior academics and industrialists are welcome) active in all aspects of additive manufacturing. The conference is organised as a non-profit making event with fees kept as low as possible, especially to encourage participation of undergraduates, postgraduate researchers and research assistants. The RDPM website will be kept updated with information relating to fees, accommodation and the programme of presentations.
